3. Products and Pricing: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery:  We ship to key EU markets including France, Germany, Scandinavia, and others. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers (e.g., Frisbo, byrd).

5. Returns and Refunds: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products (food and condiments), returns are only accepted if the seal is intact and the product is in its original packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability: Commerce AI OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
