Our Shipping Philosophy

At American Pantry, we believe getting your favorite flavors should be as easy as enjoying them. We ship our products directly from our European hubs to ensure they arrive fresh and ready for your kitchen.

Delivery Areas & Rates

We currently provide standard shipping to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.

While we don't yet ship to the UK directly, you can shop our products on Amazon.co.uk at https://www.amazon.co.uk/americanpantry/

Standard Shipping: €7.95

Free Shipping: All orders over €20.00 qualify for free delivery automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery Timeline: You can expect your pantry staples to arrive within 3–6 business days.

Real-Time Tracking

We know you’re excited to start cooking. To make tracking as seamless as possible, we’ve integrated with the Shop app. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. From there you can follow your package’s journey in real-time through the Shop app and receive an instant notification the moment your delivery arrives.

The American Pantry Guarantee (Our Return Policy)

We stand behind every one of our products. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right!

The 100% Refund: If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund 100% of your order, limited to one unit per unique product.

No Return Necessary: To reduce our carbon footprint and save you a trip to the post office, you do not need to ship the product back to us. Keep it, gift it to a friend, or dispose of it as you see fit.

How to Request: Simply contact us through our contact form with your order number, and your reason for the refund and we will process your request in 1-2 business days. 

Additional Information

Address Accuracy:  Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Because we process orders quickly to get them to you within that 3–6 day window, we may not be able to update an address once the order has been sent to our fulfillment center.

Damaged Items: While we pack our sauces with care, glass and transit don't always mix. If your order arrives damaged, please take a quick photo and send it to our team. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately as part of our 100% guarantee.

Customs & Duties: Since we ship within the EU, there are no hidden customs fees or duties for our customers in DE, FR, IT, or ES. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
